At Get Glass Distribution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection. If your items are not a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
